The Multicultural Forum on Workplace Diversity is a two-day conference co-hosted by the National Black MBA Association and the Opus College of Business at the University of St. Thomas. The Forum provides diversity and inclusion training for employees from the corporate, government, healthcare, legal and nonprofit spheres. It provides in-depth seminars, intense workshops and thought-leading keynote presenters along with career and resource fairs.

The 2009 Forum will be held in St. Paul, Minnesota March 3-4. More than 2300 participants are anticipated. Keynote presenters include: Dr. Nat Irvin, diversity and inclusion futurist, University of Louisville; Luke Visconti, partner and cofounder, DiversityInc; and Ken Powell, chairman and CEO, General Mills.

A total of 74 seminars and workshops are planned for the two days featuring chief diversity officers and practitioners from 28 companies from across the country as well as top rated consultants.
