Wells Fargo & Co. has earned a spot in the DiversityInc Top 50 every year since the survey started. The bank has a well-deserved reputation for an inclusive work force and one of the best multicultural customer-outreach programs anywhere. Wells Fargo has excellent work/life benefits, including company-subsidized backup/emergency childcare; free access to LifeCare, a 24-hour service that helps team members find childcare, eldercare and dozens of other services; and free or discounted financial products and services. John Stumpf, President and CEO
"Diversity is and always has been integral to Wells Fargo's vision, strategy and continued success. We cannot continue to be known as one of America's great companies unless we also continue to seize the tremendous business opportunities that diversity, in all its forms, offers us. That's because diversity enables us to take full advantage of our team members' creativity, fresh thinking and multiple perspectives to respond fast and effectively to changing customer needs. By making diversity our competitive advantage, we can make the company a better place to work for our team members, better understand our diverse customers' needs, give customers and communities outstanding service and deliver more value to our stockholders." |
