Ronald A. Williams

Indra Nooyi, Chairman and CEO

"The very model of the good company, in which commercial success is underpinned by a strong set of business ethics, does not waver in the face of macroeconomic challenges. Building a diverse and inclusive culture, where everyone has an equal opportunity to contribute and succeed, is the right thing to do and an expression of what we believe. And we also know that a diverse and inclusive workplace unleashes creativity, fosters innovation and enables us to meet the needs and expectations of our customers, consumers and communities."
Raymond Arroyo

Ron Parker, Senior Vice President and Chief Global Diversity and Inclusion Officer

"Given the economic headwinds, we have a saying right now at PepsiCo, 'maintain the gain,' that relates to our key initiatives and our Performance with Purpose agenda. Whether continuing to make progress in offering more 'good for you/better for you' foods and beverages; making advances in supplier diversity; or promoting diversity and inclusion, these are all foundations for our future growth. Despite the shifting landscape, our expectation is to maintain if not improve our progress on diversity and inclusion worldwide."
