I do not know what to say about the interview with Kerrie Peraino. I do not want to sound negative, but this was very shallow. I believe that answering the phone is important but what about real diversity issues of mentoring to get hired or to get promotions. Research shows people of color, woman, GLB and other groups do not receive the mentoring that we need. I would like to see an interview with someone who knows what they are taking about.

I just wanted to say that this was a very helpful video.
It is always better to try to be mannerly than the opposite.

The video, "How Mentors Can Change your Career", an interview with Kerrie Peraino by Barbara Frankel, should have captions for the Deaf to read. This makes your content truly inclusive. All videos should have captions. Thank you for your consideration.

This could use some useful information, like how to find a mentor and what to expect from that person or how change your career, instead of how "lucky" she was. Even how Ms. Peraino got "lucky" would be more helpful than this..
