I know DiversityInc. gets it. Presenting this video of the speech of Dr. Martin L. King (August of 1963) is a testimony of the determination of many who believe in diversity. I can recall many years ago that Dr. King once said that "integration is not an obstacle, but an opportunity to participate in the beauty of diversity." I know the decision to release footage of this video (during this year's Fourth of July period of time), is and will always be a reminder that visions and dreams worthwhile can and will always become a reality.Thank you so much..

Thanks for making this message continuously available. All young people need to hear and appreciate this timeless message. My mother Mrs Sarah Hardy from Montgomery, AL who was also a part of the Bus Boycott was an integral part of this movement. We commend President Obama for becoming the manifestation of a part of this dream. .
