I know DiversityInc. gets it. Presenting this video of the speech of Dr. Martin L. King (August of 1963) is a testimony of the determination of many who believe in diversity. I can recall many years ago that Dr. King once said that "integration is not an obstacle, but an opportunity to participate in the beauty of diversity." My mother Mrs Sarah Hardy from Montgomery, AL who was also a part of the Bus Boycott was an integral part of this movement.
