The Top 50: The Nation's Most Credible Diversity Business List

A total of 317 companies competed in The 2007 DiversityInc Top 50 Companies for Diversity® ranking, a 100 percent increase over the last three years and a 24 percent increase over last year.

The Methodology

Companies earn their spots based on their responses to more than 200 detailed questions on human capital, CEO commitment, corporate communications and supplier diversity. Based on seven years of surveys and statistical analysis, the questions are increasingly sophisticated and discerning.
