The following companies will be receiving these honors:

Top Company for Resource Groups: Dell (award to be accepted by Steve Price, Senior Vice President of Human Resources)

The event will also highlight the regional companies that have made our new Top Regional Companies for Diversity list, the results of a smaller survey with only 50 questions focused on the measurable diversity-management accomplishments of companies in specific regions, including Cleveland and Minneapolis.
The two-day event will start mid-morning on Oct. 11, with learning sessions and panels focused on “From Accountability to Succession Planning,” how to transform the top level of your organization for improved diversity management. Confirmed speakers for that day include the president and CEO of Kellogg, the U.S. CEO of Accenture, the president of Novartis Pharmaceuticals Corporation and the U.S. CEO of Ernst & Young. The second day, which will end after lunch, will feature at least two more CEOs, panels and networking sessions hosted by chief diversity officers who have had significant success transforming the top levels of their companies.
The DiversityInc special rate per night at the Marriott Marquis is $349.
