Companies with the best ideas will have the opportunity to present them at the DiversityInc Innovation Fest! If you would like to present an innovation that has been driven by the diversity department and/or that is diversity-related, please submit your idea directly to Luke Visconti.
Please keep the initial idea to 1,000 words (two pages). Ideas that will float to the top will include dollar amounts made or saved—bottom-line results to your company. The ideas and presentations will be covered in a forthcoming issue of DiversityInc magazine dedicated to innovation.
You do not need to be a sponsor of the event to present (and sponsors are not guaranteed a spot to present). You must, however, be a participant in the DiversityInc Top 50 survey; you don’t have to be on the list, but you do have to have submitted a survey in order to submit your idea.
