Diversity in Education
The many challenges facing school districts and higher-education institutions today include: No Child Left Behind, the upcoming labor shortage and talent pipeline, bullying in schools (especially for LGBT students), standardized tests creating disparities by race and gender, disproportionately high dropout rates, and educating the students of undocumented immigrants or others who don’t speak fluent English.
